Welcome to Vibe Logistics Group ("Service," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vibe Logistics Group is a Virtual Trucking Company (VTC) for Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator. Our services include:

• Public website with information about our VTC
• Recruitment application system
• DriversHUB management platform for members
• Job tracking and delivery management
• Member profiles and statistics
• Department management and team organization
• News, updates, and event information
• Support ticket system

3. User Accounts and Membership

3.1 Account Creation

To become a member and access DriversHUB, you must:

• Submit a recruitment application
• Be approved by our recruitment team
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Access

Access to DriversHUB requires active membership and the "DriversHUB Access" role. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time for violation of these Terms or VTC policies.

4. Membership Requirements

As a member of Vibe Logistics Group, you agree to:

• Meet minimum age requirements (13+ for TruckersMP)
• Own a legal copy of Euro Truck Simulator 2 and/or American Truck Simulator
• Follow VTC rules and policies
• Maintain professional conduct within the community
• Participate in VTC activities when reasonably possible
• Represent the VTC positively in public spaces
• Comply with TruckersMP rules when playing in multiplayer

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users
• Use discriminatory, hateful, or offensive language
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Collect or harvest information from other users
• Use automated systems or bots without permission
• Falsify job deliveries or statistics
• Share your account credentials with others

6. VTC Rules and Policies

In addition to these Terms, all members must comply with:

• Vibe Logistics Group VTC Rules (available in DriversHUB)
• TruckersMP rules and regulations
• Department-specific policies and guidelines
• Instructions from VTC management and leadership
• Event-specific rules and requirements

7. Recruitment Process

7.1 Application Submission

When submitting a recruitment application, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information. False information may result in application rejection or membership termination.

7.2 Application Review

We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion. Application decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Content

All content on our website and DriversHUB, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Vibe Logistics Group or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (profile information, messages, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Service.

8.3 Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.

9. Third-Party Services

Our services integrate with third-party platforms (Trucky, TrackSim, Steam, Discord, TruckersMP). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

11.1 Service "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibe Logistics Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11.3 No Gaming Services

We do not provide game servers or game-related services. We are a community organization for Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator players.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership and access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms or VTC rules
• Inactivity exceeding VTC activity requirements
• Voluntary resignation from the VTC
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Conduct detrimental to the VTC's reputation
• Failure to meet membership requirements

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and all associated data.

13. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service should first be addressed through our internal support ticket system. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to VTC leadership.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
